AKA 2010 & Older Program Info
Our 2010 Born & Older program caters to both newcomers and those with prior training, providing a holistic approach to goalkeeping that accommodates keepers of various skill levels.
This 15 week summer program incorporates customized drills and personalized coaching strategies tailored to each goalkeeper's strengths and areas of improvement. Maintaining a professional standard ensures that participants receive high-quality instruction and guidance, fostering an environment conducive to skill development and growth.
Each structured training session delivered by our experienced coaches focus on the fundamentals of goalkeeping:

Distribution Technique
Diving Technique
Positioning
Shot Stopping
