Our 2011 Born & Older program caters to both newcomers and those with prior training, providing a holistic approach to goalkeeping that accommodates keepers of various skill levels.
With this 16 week indoor program, Keepers will:
Receive technical training on Saturday evenings
Additional keeper training will be provided on Wednesday evenings with sessions focused on strength, quickness and distribution. Keepers will have the opportunity during these sessions to train alongside the 1UP Academy during shot-stopping drills and small-sided games where Absolute Keeper coaches will provide live situation-specific feedback
Saturdays (Nov. 1st, 2025 - Mar. 7th, 2026)
Time: Saturdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Location: EMFC Performance Center
Wednesdays (Nov. 5th, 2025 - Mar. 11th, 2026)

Time: Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Location: 7 Chiefs Sportsplex
Receive low-ratio training (up to 6 keepers) with one Coach
Receive an Absolute Keeper Training Kit (new registrants only)
Receive a discount for pre-paying for the full 8 week session bundles ($34.99+GST/session)
If you can’t attend every session in the program bundle, you can instead pay per session — automatically charged after each one you attend
Fee per session - $39.99 + GST Saturdays & $24.99 + GST Wednesdays
Upon registering, you will be charged an initial $1 (one time Stripe Payment System set up fee)
An initial invoice will be sent to you after your first session
From there, your credit card will be automatically debited after every session attended
