Our 2011 Born & Older program caters to both newcomers and those with prior training, providing a holistic approach to goalkeeping that accommodates keepers of various skill levels.
With this 16 week indoor program, Keepers will:
Pick the number of sessions to attend
Wednesdays & Saturdays (November 1st to December 20th, 2025 ) & (January 10th to March 7th, 2026)
Time: 6:30-7:30 pm Wednesdays & 5:00 - 6:00 pm Saturdays
Location: Wednesdays 7 Chiefs Sportsplex & Saturdays EMFC Performance Center
Receive low-ratio training (up to 6 keepers) with one Coach
Receive an Absolute Keeper Training Kit (new registrants only)
